DESIGN CAPABILITIES

With over 30 years in design experience, our in-house design team is able to offer you solutions to your project's most complex needs.

  • Our Design team uses Autodesk's CAD Products for the approval, fabrication, and installation documentation.
  • All ASME Code tanks are designed using Codeware's Compress System. This enables our team to design a tank quickly and accurately, as well as ensuring that all ASME and National Board Code requirements are met.
MANUFACTURING
With over 30,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space, we are capable of manufacturing tanks up 12' in diameter and in excess of 160' in length.

Our current qualifications allow us to manufacture tanks up to 1" thick. These tanks can be manufactured in accordance with the ASME or API Codes.

We also design, fabricate, and install complete piping systems that include valves, pumps, and instrumentation associated with the piping system.
Tank Repair / Alteration
Our company is accredited by the National Board to repair and/ or alter ASME Code Tanks and boilers. We also can perform repair or alterations to API tanks in accordance with the API- 653 Standard.
