LUMBER STAMPER
Our customer wanted a way to permanently marked his product for warranty purposes. Our company engineered, fabricated, and installed this machine that would press the customer's logo into the end of each board for identification purposes.
TRANSFER DECK SYSTEM
Tank Fab's President was the inventor of the Hydraulic Based Transfer Deck System for the wood treating industry. Today their a number of these deck systems used in the United States and Canada. Our company also manufactures the mini-deck system that is also used in the wood treating industry.

We worked with a customer to produce an automated system for manufacturing rubber hose. This system significantly reduced both the time and labor required to manufacture the hose and increased our customers goal of meeting just in time orders for many of their clients.
BORING JIG
A customer needed a way to efficiently and accurately produce holes in the butt of their treated poles in accordance with their customers standard. We designed and fabricated this boring jig that is attached to the butt of utility pole with a chain system. The drill inserts installed in the jig are removable thereby allowing the jig to be used for drilling different diameter sized holes.
