With over 30 years of designing, manufacturing, and installing these type of autoclave systems, our company can provide you with a "Turn-Key" autoclave system for treating cross ties, dimensional lumber, posts, and/or poles.

Our "Turn-Key" systems include installing the system at your facility with the same personnel that designed and manufactured it.

We also offer the service of automating wood treating plants. Our automation system, known as the E.A.S.Y.TREAT ® system, is a PLC / PC based system that is built upon readily available software. Each system is customized to fit the customer's existing or new treating plant equipment.

VULCANIZING

As with the wood treating autoclave systems, the autoclave systems for vulcanizing can also be installed as "turn-key" systems, including the automation of the system's equipment.
